FAQ
1. When will my order be shipped out?
We aim to ship all orders within the same week of purchase. All orders require processing time before they ship.
If you haven’t received a shipping confirmation yet, your order is likely still being prepared. The quoted shipping time includes both processing and delivery. For example, a standard timeframe of 4–9 business days could mean 5 days for processing and an additional 4 days for transit once shipped.
Please note that all timeframes are estimates, and actual processing or delivery times may vary slightly.
Please Note:
-
Custom-made items: May require additional processing of 2–4 business days for production.
-
Pre-order items: Typically requires 1–2 weeks of development time. Actual time will usually be quoted on product page for pre-order items.
Once your order is processed, you’ll receive a confirmation with a tracking link.
2. Where is my order? Has it been delayed?
If you’ve already received a tracking link, your package is most likely on its way, even if it seems delayed. Here’s how to check:
-
Review your shipping confirmation email for the tracking link.
-
If the tracking shows an update within the last 3–5 days, your order is still in transit and updating normally.
-
If the last update says "arrived in [your country]" or "handed over to the postal authority", it’s likely waiting at customs for international clearance. Once cleared, it will move to your local courier.
-
If the last update says "handed over to courier", you can enter the same tracking number on the courier’s own site for real-time updates.
Examples of final-mile couriers:
US: USPS
UK: Royal Mail
Germany: Deutsche Post
Italy: Poste Italiane
- Australia: Australia Post
If your tracking hasn’t updated in several days, reach out directly to your local courier for the most accurate delivery info.
3. My LED Panel isn’t working properly — what should I do?
If you're experiencing issues with your Glow/LED Panel, try the following troubleshooting steps:
-
Power Issues: If your panel only powers on for a few seconds or doesn’t fully turn on: First, unplug all cables and try reconnecting them. Make sure each cable is firmly connected and not inserted upside down, flipping the connector may resolve the issue.
- Won't Power On: Still only powering on for a few seconds or won't power on at all? When powering on your panel on for the first time, use a fresh set of batteries. For USB panels, make sure you're using a reliable power source. Some USB car chargers may not provide enough voltage to run the panel properly.
