Shipping Insurance Policy

At Overlimitz, we strive to ensure that your orders are delivered securely and on time. To provide additional peace of mind, we offer shipping insurance that covers loss, theft, or damage while your package is in transit. Below, you will find the terms and conditions of our shipping insurance policy:

Coverage:

  1. Damage: Any damage incurred to the item while in transit is covered.
  2. Theft: Theft of the package during transit is covered.
  3. Loss: Packages that are lost in transit will be covered.

Please note: The shipping insurance only applies while the package is in transit. If the package is marked as successfully delivered (with or without photo proof from the carrier), the insurance will not cover claims of non-receipt unless:

  • The package was delivered to an incorrect address.
  • Proof of package piracy (theft after delivery) can be provided.

Filing a Claim:

  • To file a claim, the recipient must contact us via email at contact@overlimitz.us or use any of the contact links provided on our website.
  • Claims for domestic packages can only be filed after 7 days have passed since the last tracking update.
  • Claims for international packages can be filed after 14 days have passed since the last tracking update.

Limitations:

  • The shipping insurance covers up to a maximum value of $100, regardless of the total order or item value.
  • This insurance does not cover issues related to delays or missed delivery attempts unless they lead to loss, damage, or theft while in transit.

Exclusions:

  • Claims for packages marked as successfully delivered will not be covered unless there is proof that the package was delivered to the wrong address or evidence of piracy.
